2014
Mission Valley Opens. Mission Valley, India's first Platinum-accredited assisted senior living facility, set a new benchmark for organised senior care with assisted living, rehabilitation and long-term support.
2019
Investing in Knowledge. TERCA was established as the education and research arm of the ecosystem, strengthening geriatric care through professional training, research and workforce development.
2021
Rahel Homes. The launch of Rahel Homes marked Travancore Foundation's expansion into premium retirement living, combining independent living with wellness-focused amenities.
2023
Presidency Homes. Presidency Homes expanded the continuum of care with specialised post-hospital recovery, dementia care, palliative care and short-term assisted living.
2026
Gramika Begins. Gramika introduces Kerala's first integrated senior living community, bringing together independent living, wellness, healthcare and personalised support within one thoughtfully planned campus.
2030
Looking Ahead. Through Travancore Senior Living, the vision is to develop over 500 senior living and care units per year, creating one of India's most comprehensive ecosystems for healthy ageing, with Gramika contributing upwards of 145 residences toward this milestone.
